The registration fee is payable on submission of the Parent and Family Registration Form, covers search, shortlisting and vetting administration, is non-refundable, and is deducted from the placement fee.
Permanent placement fees

Placement fees become payable once a family confirms acceptance of a candidate and are due in full prior to the agreed start date, in line with the Terms of Business and Placement Agreement.
Temporary placements

Calculated on the total gross amount payable to the nanny for the duration of the temporary booking, invoiced on confirmation of booking.
Weddings, events and babysitting

| Babysitting booking fee | £20 |
No registration fee applies to wedding, event or babysitting bookings. Fees are payable to Wilson and Stone in addition to the nanny's hourly rate, which is agreed and paid directly between the family and the nanny unless stated otherwise.
